You have been redirected to this page to give you one last chance to pay your membership fee for the current year (2010).
No one likes turning members away but to be fair to the members who pay promptly we have to apply a cut-off date after which we have to assume the member is not renewing. It would be helpful if members could simply email us and say “They are not renewing”. It only takes a minute, you don’t even need to give a reason, and would save you receiving chasing letters or emails.
Only paid-up members will get access to the members only section on our web site ( a part of the site which will be further developed through the summer period).
We don’t expect you to turn up every club meeting, it would just be nice to see you when you can make it. The club tries to cater for the times when the majority can attend - if we don’t know your preferences we can’t try and cater for them.
Membership runs from AGM to AGM so basically that’s March through to the following February. Subs are due at the annual AGM or with 30 days of that date. In future, a rejoining fee will be applied to lapsed members wishing to return after this time.
Lastly, all club communication is by email and web site access. Mail outs will only be sent to those without Internet access who have provided self addressed and pre-stamped envelopes for this purpose.
